Thursday, March 20, 2014 was the First Day of Spring (Spring Equinox) 2014. It was a beautiful sunny day at Druid Hill Reservoir in northwest Baltimore. Inaugurated in 1860, Druid Hill Park ranks as one of the the oldest landscaped public parks in the United States and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
